Backing Egypt's Next Generation of Engineers

Egypt graduates thousands of capable engineers every year. Too many of them spend their first working year fetching coffee and watching someone else's screen. We think that is a waste, and we have built our internship around not doing it.

  • You get a real module, not a sandbox. Interns work on components that go into the product, reviewed to the same standard as everyone else's.
  • A named mentor from day one. One engineer is responsible for your progress and meets you weekly. Not a rota, not "ask anyone".
  • Paid. Internships are paid positions. Talent is worth paying for, and unpaid work quietly filters out the students who most need the opportunity.
  • Domain training included. You will be taught asset integrity fundamentals properly — the same material we use internally, not a slide deck.
  • A written reference either way. Whether or not we hire you, you leave with an honest, specific reference describing what you actually built.
  • A genuine route to a full-time offer. Our graduate hires come disproportionately from people who interned here first.

For engineering and computer science students, typically in their third or fourth year. Runs over the summer with a defined project and a final review.

For recent graduates joining full time. Structured onboarding across the platform, rotation through more than one module team, and a mentor for the first year.

We supervise graduation projects on real asset integrity problems and can provide data, tooling and technical supervision. Faculty enquiries are welcome.

Why we care The engineering talent to build serious industrial software already exists in Egypt. What is usually missing is somebody willing to hand a graduate real responsibility early and then support them through it. That part we can control.
